     Fredrick was born on Friday, 13 November 1868 in Hungerford Township, Hastings County, Ontario, Canada. He was christened there on 29 August 1869 in Madoc Township at Sacred Heart of Mary Church. His sponsors were John Crevier & May Merau.1 Fredrick was never married. Fredrick departed this life on Tuesday, 11 January 1910 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada, at age 41 years, 1 month and 29 days. He was buried there on Monday, 17 January 1910.2
