Timothy Halstead

     Timothy was born in June 1686 in the Town of Hempstead, Queens County, Long Island, New York, at ___. He was the son of Timothy & Abigail [Carmean] Halstead. Timothy married Margery Pearsall, daughter of Daniel Pearsall and Emma Bassett, on 9 May 1713 in Hempstead Town. Timothy departed this life on Monday, 27 February 1747 in Shrewsbury Township, Mommouh County, New Jersey, at age 60 years and 8 months. He was buried there in Christ Church Episcopal Cemetery.¹
