Ariaentje Jans Eckerszen

F, b. before 16 February 1667
     Ariaentje was born in New York City, New York County, New York. She was christened there on 16 February 1667 in the New Amsterdam Reformed Dutch Church. The witnesses were Hendrick Peers & Adriaentie Trommels.1 She was the daughter of Jan Thomaszen Eckerszen and Apolonia Cornelissen Swits. Ariaentje Jans married Vicent De La Montagne, son of Johannes De La Montagne and Petronella Pikes, on 5 March 1684 in New York City, New York County, New York, at the New Amsterdam Reformed Dutch Church.2 Vicent & Ariaentie had children: Pieternel [chr. 4/11/1685], Pieternel; [chr. 4/03/1687], Jan [2/24/1689], Thomas [chr. 2/15/1691], Apollonia [chr. 15/04/1694], Jesse [11/98/1696], Petronella [11/19/1701], Annatje [3/10/1703], Vincent [2/12/1705] & Rachel [4/05/1707].3
