     Lydia was born. Lydia married David Chapin, son of Deacon Samuel Chapin and Cecily Penny, on 29 August 1654 in Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts.1,2 David & Lydia had children: Lydia [4/19/1655], Caleb [2/02/1657], Sarah [3/03/1659], Hannah [10/23/1661], Ebenezer [4/06/1664-1/15/1725], Jonathan [2/12/1665-1710], Union [12/23/1669] & Ruth [12/01/1672].3 Lydia departed this life on Saturday, 22 December 1708 in Boston in the Massachuetts Bay Colony.
