Benjamin was born on Wednesday, 29 November 1679 in New Haven, New Haven County, Connecticut. He was the son of William Bunnell and Ann Wilmot. He first married Hannah Norton. Benjamin married 2nd Patience Wheeler, daughter of Joseph Wheeler and Patience Holbrook, on 27 August 1717 in Milford, New Haven County, Connecticut. Benjamin and Patience had a daughter, Keziah [10/17/1718].2 Benjamin departed this life on Wednesday, 20 August 1749 in New Haven at age 69 years, 8 months and 22 days.
