John Brooke

     John was born in London, County Middlesex, England, at the parish of St. Leonard's. He was christened there on 4 May 1558 in St. Leonard's Church [Near Eastcheap].1 He was the son of John Brooke and Elizabeth Whetman. John departed this life in London at the parish of St. Leonard's at age 11 months 19 days. He was buried there in St. Leonard's Church [Near Eastcheap] on Monday, 23 February 1559.
