Emily has a lung disease.4 Emily's husband, an unknown person , died on 24 April 1883 in Stockbridge Township, Ingham County, Michigan, leaving her a widow.5 Emily departed this life in 1927 in Unadilla Township, Livingston County, Michigan. She was buried at Unadilla Township, Livingston County, Michigan, in the Plainfield Village Cemetery.6
