Eleazer Smith1

M, b. 1639
     Eleazer was born in 1639 in Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts. He was the son of Giles Smith and Maria Wheeler. Eleazer married Rebecca Rowland, daughter of Henry Rowland and Rebecca (?), in Fairfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut.2 Eleazer & Rebecca had children: Abigail, Rebecca, Helena, Elizabeth & Jonathan [bapt. 17 nov 1696]. The four girls were all baptized on 18 Apr 1697. Baptisms were in Fairfield, New Jersey.3
