Benjamin was born circa 1730 in Elizabeth Town, Essex County, New Jersey. Benjamin made his will on 24 June 1788. He mentions his daughter, Lois, & grandchildren: Benjamin Meeker Baly & Amy Baly. His executors were: Dr. W. Austin, David Cooley III. The witnesses were Daniel Denton, John Jackson & Daniel Jackson.1 Benjamin departed this life before 4 August 1790 in Goshen, Orange County, New York. His will was probated on 4 August 1790.
