He was christened there on 10 April 1669 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 Philippe married Marie Madeleine Harnois on 25 October 1694 in Neuville, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada, at St-Francois-de-Sales Church, Pointe-Aux-Tremples.2 Philippe and Marie had children: Marie Francoise [8/05/1695-3/29/1716], Genevieve [2/10/1697-7/10/1756][m. 10/12/1722 Jean Baptiste Corbin], Laurent [8/31/16985/09/1781][m. 11/17/1722 Marie Josephe Caille Cayer], Mathieu [6/16/1700-6/15/1763][m. 11/23/1729 Marie Madeleine Tinon desRoches], child [12/__1702-3/17/1703] & Marie Louise [12/21/1703-6/07/1715].3 Philippe departed this life on Thursday, 12 March 1722 in St-Augustin de-Desmaures, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada, at age 52 years, 11 months and 3 days. He was buried there in the cemetery of St-Augustin Church on Friday, 13 March 1722.4
