     Paul-Leger was born on Tuesday, 3 April 1827 in Ste-Anne-de-La-Perade, Champlain County, Quebec, Canada. He was christened there on 4 April 1827 in Ste-Anne-de-La-Perade Church.1 Paul-Leger married Miss (?) Gaborie before 1855 in Hungerford Township, Hastings County, Ontario, Canada.2 Paul-Leger departed this life on Tuesday, 20 May 1856 in Hungerford Township at age 29 years, 1 month and 17 days. He was buried there in Hungerford Township in the Gaborie cemetery plot at St. Carthagh Cemetery. He was buried in plot 268. His tombstone bears the date of 20 May 1856. His stone is described as a loose white marker. He is buried with his two sons.

She is too young to have married Paul Meraw.
