Elizabeth Mayo1

     Elizabeth was born on Wednesday, 6 December 1719 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. She was the daughter of Joshua Mayo and Hannah Learson. She was christened there on 23 March 1720 in Westminster Parish.2 Elizabeth married John Ridgely, son of William Ridgely II and Jane Westall, on 1 November 1736 in Westminster Parish. John and Elizabeth had children: John Ridgely [9/13/1739-died young], Joshua Ridgely [3/ 23/1741], Elizabeth [m. Gilbert Yieldall], Hannah [m. John Wilmot], William & Francis. Elizabeth departed this life in South River.
