Jullien was born in Peaule, Morbihan, Bretagne, France. He was christened there on 6 October 1611 in St Gaudence Church.¹ Jullien married Marie Bernard, daughter of Jan Bernard and Janne Jaffrelot, in 1640 in Peaule at St Gaudence Church.¹ Jullien departed this life on Friday, 23 June 1656 in Pont-Cavero, Morbihan, France.¹ He was buried at Peaule in the churchyard of St Gaudence.¹
