Judith was born before 7 December 1561 in London, county Middlesex, England. On 7 December 1561, she was christened in London, County Middlesex, England, at St. Vedast Church, Foster Lane.1,2 Judith married William Benedict, son of George Benedict and Jane (?), circa 1589. Judith died in County Norfolk, England, between 27 June 1598 & 13 July 1610.3

Important Notes: The son, William Benedict & his daughter, Ann Benedict, who were named in the Will of Henry Hunlocke, are believed to be this William & his daughrer, Ann. William's wife was Judith Marsh, daughter of Henry's 1st wife, Margaret Walker. Henry raised Judith like a daughter, So when, Henry referred to William Benedict as son, he meant son-in-law as was often done in wills. In this case, William was actually a step son-in-law. When Henry refered to his daughter, Ann Benedict, it was just after he spoke of William, and it meant William's daughter, not Henry's. Ann was a granddaughter by his marriage to Margaret. It seems apparent that Henry only had a son, Henry, & no daughter Ann.

His wife later the wife of Henry Hunloke of Wingerworth County Derbyshire." Margaret (Walker) Marsh is the 1st wife of Henry Hunloke; they married after 1563 and before their son Henry Jr. was born about 1577.
