Louis-Marie was born on Thursday, 4 December 1710 in ville de Quebec, Quebec, Canada. He was the son of Jean Maillou dit Dumoulin & Marguerite Vidal dit Caronl. He was christened there on 5 December 1710 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 Louis-Marie married Marie-Madeleine Gouin, daughter of Joseph Gouin and Marguerite Roy, on 5 March 1737 in Ste-Croix, Lotbiniere County, Quebec, Canada, at Ste Croix Church.2 Louis & Marie-Madeleine had children: a child [2/14/1738-2/14/1738], Marie-Catherine [4/05/1739-9/23/1829][m. 2/24/1778 Francois-Xavier Roy dit Chatellereau], Marie-Louise [11/15/1740-2/18/1742] & Louis-Pierre [12/31/1741][m. 9/23/1776 Suzanne Huard].3 Louis-Marie departed this life between 23 September 1776 and 24 February 1778 in Ste-Anne-de-La-Perade. He was noted as living on the marriage record of his son Louis Pierre and deceased on the marriage record of his daughter Marie Catherine.4
