Therese was born on Thursday, 19 February 1699 in L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency County, Quebec, Canada. She was christened there on 20 February 1699 in the church of L'Ange-Gardien.1 Therese married Ange Symar on 26 August 1716 in L'Ange-Gardien at the church of L'Ange-Gardien.2 Ange & Therese had children: Marie-Barbe [1/11/1718], Marie-Therese [2/19/1719-12/10/1779][m. 11/05/1742 Zacharie Cochon], Jean [3/14/1720], Ange [3/12/1722-5/08/1783][m. 1/17/1747 Marie-Roch dit Tremblay], Genevieve [1/08/1726-7/07/1750][m. 1/10/1746 Gabriel Gagne], Marie-Anne [3/22/1727-9/30/1755][m. 9/22/1745 Pierre Mercier], Pierre [3/07/1729-7/17/1732] & Marie-Marthe [1/15/1731-12/02/1759][m. 11/26/1750 Jacques Gagne].3 Therese's husband, Ange, died circa 27 March 1731 in Baie St-Paul, Charlevoix, Quebec, Canada, leaving her a widow. Therese departed this life in Baie St-Paul, Charlevoix.4 She was buried there in the churchyard of St-Pierre and St-Paul on Sunday, 1 April 1731.5
