Marguriete was born on Thursday, 30 May 1686 in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada. She was christened on the same day there in the church of Notre-Dame-du-Cap.1 Marguriete married Louis Godefroy dit Denormanville on 18 November 1720 in Trois-Rivieres at the church of Notre-Dame-du-Cap.2 Louis & Marguerite had children: Jean Baptiste [ 12/26/1721-1/04/1722], Child [11/29/1722-11/29/1722], Louis Nicolas [ 3/24/1724-10/03/1762], Marie [8/02/1725-9/24/1725], Joseph [3/22/1727-2/04/1805][m. 9/24/1761 Marie Josephe Bolvin] & Jean Baptiste [2/23/1730].3 Marguriete's husband, Louis, died circa 6 May 1756 in Trois-Rivieres, leaving her a widow. Marguriete departed this life in Trois-Rivieres. She was buried there in the cemetery of Notre-Dame-du-Cap on Monday, 26 July 1756.4
