Martha Lee

     Martha was born on Monday, 25 November 1754. She was the daughter of Stephen & Catherine [ ] Lee. Martha married Ladwick Hotchkiss II, son of Ladwick Hotchkiss and Mary North, on 17 May 1773 in New Haven County, Connecticut. Ladwick and Martha had children: Ladwick [12/06/1773-5/09/1858] [m. Anna Martha Willard], Seth [6/03/1775-1806 at sea] [m. Tempernce Killey], Sarah [Sally] [1782-1857] [m. Reuben Gladden], Abi [8/15/1784-7/20/1812] [m. Joseph H. Flagg] & Alvin [5/01/1788-9/11/1863] [m. 1810 Sally Williams & 2nd 1825 Mary P. Roberts]. Martha departed this life on Saturday, 20 February 1813 in Berlin, Hartford County, Connecticut, at age 58 years, 2 months and 26 days. She was buried there in New Britian in Fairview Cemetery.
