Mary was still listed as Mary Fyske when she proved her father's will on this date. Robert departed this life before 24 September 1619 in England. On this day, his wife, Mary, notes herself as a widow in her will. It is said that he was murdered by his son, Joseph, who was executed for the crime at Bury.2,3
