Anne was born circa 1582 in County Suffolk, England. Anne married John Fiske, son of William Fiske and Anna Austye, circa 1606. Anne's husband, John, died before 14 May 1633 in South Elham at the parish of St. James, leaving her a widow. Anne died in 1637 while on the ship which was enroute to New England. All of her children were immigrating with her.
