Ann Lee

F, d. before 1 June 1654
     Ann was born. Ann married Johannes Atwood, son of Nicholas Atwood and Olive Harmon, in England.1 Ann's husband, John, died on 27 February 1643/44 in Plymouth leaving her a widow.2 Ann made her will on 27 April 1650.

I Ann Atwood Widow sometimes wife unto Mr. John Atwood gent: being I am in perfect health and strength and in perfect Memory yet considering our frayle estate that our Daies are like unto the grasse that soon withereth and not knowing therefore how soone God may bee pleased to change my present health into sickness my strength into weakness and my temporall life to Death; Doe ordaine this to bee my last Will and Testament in Manner and forme following;
Imprimis whereas I have a brother and sister now living in New Plym: aforesaid namely Robert and Mary Lee unto whom both my selfe and my Deceased husband have formerly showed what healp and kindness wee Could I Doe therefore onely give and bequeath unto them and theire children twelvepence a peece if they shall Demand it
Secondly I give and bequeath unto my loving Nephew William Crow my whole estate that Remaineth bee it more or lesse videlecett my houses and lands bothe upland and meddow with all my household stuffe and goods of all sorts whatsoever and wheresoever appertaining unto me; And if it soe fall out by Gods ordering hand that my said Newphew Doe Depart this life before Marriage then my will is that my said Estate bee equally divided amongst his brothers and sisters that are by his owne father and mother; And I Doe by these presents appoint and ordaine my said Newphew William Crow to bee the sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament to Adminester upon my said Estate to pay such Debts as I owe and tro Receive suc Debts as are Due to mee to or from any and to see that my body bee Decently buried and to Defray the Charge of my said Furnerall; Thus hoping this my last will and Testament wilbee pformed according to the tenner therof I Commit my body to the Dust and my soule to God tht gave it;
Sealed in the presence of William Bradford and Nathaniel Morton.3

Ann departed this life before 1 June 1654 in Plymouth.4 The inventory of Ann's estate was taken on Monday, 1 June 1654. It was valued at 24 pounds 3 shillings. Her will was probated on 3 December 1654.
