Hannah Landon

F, b. circa 1695, d. 13 May 1773
     Hannah was born circa 1695 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. She was the daughter of Nathaniel Landon and Hannah Bishop. Hannah married John Vail II, son of John Vail and Grace Braddick, on 28 February 1715/16 in the Town of Southold.1 John & Hannah had children: John [1720-6/04/1807] [m. Abigai], Martha [1723] [m. 6/02/1756 Samuel Griffin.[8/--/1710], Mary [1723-2/12/1804] [m. Joseph Prince [4/10/1719-6/01/1804], Peter [1726] [m. Bethiah Landon], Obadiah [ca. 1729] [m. Prudence Gilliam], Jeremiah.[ca. 1730] [m. 1st Bethiah Tuthill], Benjamin [1731] [m. Mary Horton], Jonathan [9/16/1736] [m. 1st Hannah Orton], & Hannah [ca.1738] [m. 10/21/1755 John Boissean]. Hannah's husband, John, died on 24 March 1768 in the Town of Southold leaving her a widow. Hannah departed this life on Thursday, 13 May 1773 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
