Hannah Kelsey

     Hannah was born. She was the daughter of Joseph Kelsey of Rahway, New Jersey. Hannah married James Badgley, son of Anthony Badgley and Elizabeth Thorne. James & Hannah had children: James Jr., Hannah, Elizabeth, Joseph (ca. 1730-1785]m. Elizabeth Scudder), Anthony, Rachel, Sarah, Marcy/Masab & Rolert. James settled at the top of the "first mountain", next to his brother John, in what is now Mountainside. James & John had 400 acres along Blue Brook.
