Richard Kilborne

     Richard was born in Maryland. Sometime before 1695, before handing over his affairs to his wife, Rachel, he and his good friend Richard Hill donated 100 acres for the establishment of the town of Annapolis. He had two children, William & Elizabeth, from his first marriage. Richard married 2nd Rachel Beard, daughter of Richard Beard III and Rachel Robins, on 6 October 1696 in Anne Arundel County. Richard departed this life after 20 October 1700 in Anne Arundel County.
