John Ives

John was born in New Haven, New Haven County, Connecticut. He was christened there on 29 December 1644 in the First Congregational Church.1 John married Hannah Merriam on 12 November 1668.1 John & Hannah had children: John [1669-1747], Hannah [1672-1715], Joseph [1674-1755], Nathaniel [1677-1711] & Gideon [1680-1767], all these children were born in Wallingford. John departed this life in February 1681 in Wallingford, New Haven County, Connecticut.1 He was buried there in the Center Street Cemetery.
