Thomas Huxley

     Thomas was born. Thomas married Sarah Spencer, daughter of Sergeant Thomas Spencer and Sarah Bearding, before 26 March 1667 in Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut. On this day, Governor Winthrop recorded Sarah as wife of Thomas Huxley & being above 20 years of age. Thomas and Sarah had children: Thomas [4/07/1668], John, Sarah, Mary, and Elizabeth, Jared [1680], Hannah [1682], Nathaniel [1683- d. y.] & William [1687]. Thomas departed this life on Monday, 21 July 1721 in Suffield, Hartford County, Connecticut. He was buried there in the old Center Cemetery.¹
