     Susannah was born circa 1705 in Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island. Susannah married James Walling II, son of James Walling and Elizabeth Sprague, circa 1720 in Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island. He signed a petition to the Rhode Island Legislature in June 1728. James & Susannah's daughter Mary was scalped by the Indians.2 James & Susannah came to Beekman by 1740 when they sold their land in Glocester.3 Susannah's husband, James, died after 1740, leaving her a widow. After 1756, she married a Mr Bills. Susannah departed this life after 24 May 1779 in Minisink Town, Orange County, New York. She was mentioned in the will of he son, Joseph written on this date.
