Pryor]. 11 June 1880, Isaac and his wife, Almira, were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in White Oaks Township, Ingham County, Michigan. Enumerated in this household were Isaac W. Howell [26 Michigan - NJ & NJ] & his wife: Allie [28 Pennsylvania].2 Isaac died on Monday, 12 May 1890 from pneumonia.

Isaac W, Howell, whose sickness has been spoken of in my former items, died last Monday morning at nine o'clock with lung difficulty. Mr H. was one of the best townsmen White Oak could afford, he had been democtratic supervisor of this town and was always ready to do all he could in the interest of the party. He was a member of the P. of I. and an earnest and willing worker in the society. He leaves a wife and small family.3 He was buried at Unadilla Township, Livingston County, Michigan, in the Plainfield Village Cemetery.4,5
