Jane Horne

     Jane was born in Saresden, Oxfordshire, England. She was the daughter of John Horne of Saresden, Oxfordshire & Elizabeth [ -1554].¹ Jane married Anthony Bustard, son of John Bustard and Elizabeth Fox.¹ She was buried at Oxfordshire, England, in the Adderbury Church. In the chapel, on the south side of the church, on a great stone monument is the following inscription: "Near onto this tombe lyeth buried the bodyes of John Bustard, Esq. & Elizabeth, his wife & Jane Bustard, wife of Anthony Bustard, son & heir to ye said John; which John had by the said Elizabeth XVII children, and the said Anthony by the said Jane XI children. And the said John dyed an. dom. 1634, the said Elizab. an. 1517, & ye said Jane an. 1568."¹ Jane departed this life in 1568 in Adderbury, Oxfordshire, England.
