     Joseph was born on Thursday, 5 August 1706 in Pointe-de-Levy, Lauzon, Levis County, Quebec, Canada. He was christened there on 7 August 1706 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 Joseph departed this life on Thursday, 12 April 1731 in Pointe-de-Levy, Lauzon at age 24 years, 8 months and 7 days. He was buried there in the cemetery of St-Joseph on Friday, 13 April 1731.2
