Henry de was born in 1310 in Boughton, Northamptonshire, England. Henry married Catherine Drayton, daughter of Sir Simon Drayton and Margaret de Lindsey, in England. In 1353, he was Lord Chief Justice. Henry departed this life between 1369 and 1370.
