William Goodwin1

M, b. circa 1658, d. before 6 November 1733
     William was born circa 1658. He was the son of Willliam & Susannah Goodwin. William married Elizabeth Shepard, daughter of John Shepard and Rebecca Greenhill, in 1680 in Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut. William & Elizabeth had children: Elizabeth [4/24/1681-8/21/1702], Sarah [4/01/1683], Mary [12/08/1685], Susannah [2/24/1689-11/12/1703], Rebecca [1/15/1691], Hannah [4/10/1695-5/12/1695], Violet [10/18/1696-10/__/1776], William [7/09/1699], Rachel [1/18/1702-1/25/1702] & Susannah [8/12/1704-2/__/1793]. William made his will on 1 March 1728 at Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut. He wrote a codicil to his will on 23 July 1733. William departed this life before 6 November 1733 in Hartford. His will was probated on 6 November 1733.
