Marie-Josephe was born on Monday, 9 July 1714 in Ste-Anne-de-La-Perade, Champlain County, Quebec, Canada. She was christened there on 12 July 1714 in Ste-Anne-de-La-Perade Church.1 Marie-Josephe married Joseph Marie Mailloux on 5 September 1752 in ville de Quebec, Quebec, Canada, at the Basilica of Notre Dame.2 The couple did not have any children. Marie-Josephe departed this life on Thursday, 3 May 1792 in Ste-Anne-de-La-Perade at age 77 years, 9 months and 24 days. She was buried there in the cemetery of Ste-Anne-de-La-Perade on Friday, 4 May 1792.3
