Marie-Josephe Gloria

     Marie-Josephe was born in Repentigny, L'Assomption County, Quebec, Canada. She was the daughter of Antoine Gloria & Denise Colin. She was christened there on 23 April 1695 in the Church of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary.¹ Marie-Josephe married Jean-Baptiste Baudouin, son of Jean Baudouin and Marie-Charlotte Chauvin, on 9 January 1713 in Repentigny at the Church of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary.² Jean-Baptiste & Marie-Josephe had children: Josephte [6/18/1719][m. 2/22/1740 Jacques Tessier], Francoise [8/19/1721-2/27/1756][m. 11/04/1743 Michel Petit], Madeleine [2/28/1724][m. 11/27/1758 Joseph Cusson & 2nd 5/04/1767 Hyacinthe-Remi Tremblay], Catherine [2/08/1726][m. 2/16/1748 Jean Brodeur], Therese [4/21/1728][m. 7/05/1751 Jean-Francoise Quellet & 2nd 2/13/1775 Joseph Paquet], Pierre [6/18/1730-1/03/1782][m. 10/25/1751 Marie-Anne Chalut] & Marie-Pelagie [1735-2/18/1816][m. 2/02/1761 Charles Chulet].³ Marie-Josephe departed this life in Repentigny. She was buried there in the cemetery of the Purificaton-de-la-Blessed-Virgin-Mary on Sunday, 30 March 1755.⁴
