Alice Else Godfrey

     Alice Else was born in 1705 in Massachusetts. She was the daughter of John & Martha Joyce Godfrey. Alice Else married Elisha Crowell, son of Thomas Crowell and Deborah (?), on 15 February 1721/22 in Yarmouth.¹ Elisha and Alice had children: Bethia [12/30/1722-11/01/1760], Lydia [5/08/1727-10/11/1812], Lucy [2/19/1729-10/11/1812] [m. 3/31/1748 John Larcher], Edward [10/13/1730-9/12/1783]. Alice departed this life in 1730 in Yarmouth at age 25 years.
