     John was born before 12 August 1576 in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, England. He was christened there on 12 August 1576 in St. Mary's Church.1 John departed this life in Chesham. He was buried there in the churchyard of St. Mary's on Saturday, 14 June 1580.1
