William married Anna Tapp, daughter of Edmund Tapp II and Anna (?), circa 1640 in Connecticut.2 William & Anna had children: Hannah [10/31/1641-11/04/1703][m. 5/20/1663 Thomas Clark], Esther [1/05/1642-d.t.], Mary [1/20/1644][m. 5/05/1664 Jeremiah Horton], Phebe [1/10/1646-12/19/1720][m 1/06/1675 Nathan Andrews], Sarah [10/20/1648][m. Andrew Sanford], Rebecca [2/30/1650-ca. 1687]m. 12/11/1667 Thomas Yale], Samuel [5/08/1653-1673], Timothy [10/07/1655-3/21/1684][m. Saah Coe], John [9/19/1658-4/30/1659] & Abigail [8/19/1660][m. 6/26/1683 John Goodyear].3 William made his will on 6 August 1662 at New Haven County, Connecticut.4 William departed this life in New Haven County, Connecticut. The inventory of William's estate was taken on Monday, 30 April 1663.
