Thomas was born in England. He was the son of Francis Jeffrey and Marie Woyelleme.¹ Thomas married Jeanne Salois, daughter of Claude Salois and Marie-Anne Mabille, on 10 October 1712 in Charlesbourg, ville de Quebec, Quebec, Canada, at St-Charles-Borromee Church.² Thomas departed this life between 31 December 1729 and 9 September 1738. He was living at the death of his son, Thomas, and listed as deceased at the marriage of his daughter, Marie Angelique.
