Thomas Freeborne

     Thomas was born on Thursday, 8 December 1650 in Cartheringtron, Hampshire, England. By his first marriage, he had children: Richard, Sarah [m. Mr. Sampson], Jane [m. Mr. Thomas], Priscilla , Anne [m. David Perverell, 2nd George Smith & 3rd. David Thomas]. Thomas married Rachel Beard, daughter of Richard Beard III and Rachel Robins, in June 1701 in Anne Arundel County. Thomas made his will on 1 January 1713 at Anne Arundel County. In the will, his son Richard, inherited "Freeborne's Progress along with his daughter Sarah Sampson. His daughters, Sarah Sampson, Jane Thomas, Priscilla Freeborn and Ann Freeborn and his grandaughter, Freewater Thomas inherited his personal property. Thomas departed this life on Wednesday, 4 January 1713 in Anne Arundel County at age 62 years and 27 days. His will was probated on 13 January 1717.
