Mary Decker1

Mary was born circa 1727 in New Jersey. Her Dutch name was Neeltje. She was first married to Jacobus Kuddebeck by 1745; he died leaving her a widow. Mary married 2nd Joseph Walling, son of James Walling II and Susannah Inman, on 19 October 1749 in Minisink Town, Orange County, New York, at the Dutch Reformed Church.2 Joseph & Mary had children: Eleanor [c. 1756- ], Susannah [1758-c.1792], Phebe [1760- ], Joseph [1762-1786][m. Mary Baird], Mary [1766-1825], Anne [1768- ] & Jerimiah [1771-<1830]. Mary's husband, an unknown person , died before 15 October 1779 in Hardyston, Sandyston Township, Sussex County, New Jersey, leaving her a widow. Mary departed this life in August 1798 in Hardyston, Sandyston Township, Sussex County, New Jersey.
