Marie-Catherine Collette

     Marie-Catherine was born on Sunday, 2 October 1695 in Batiscan, Les Chenaux County, Quebec, Canada. She was the daughter of Jean Collette & Marguerite Loy. She was christened on the same day there in St-Francois-Xavier Church.1 Marie-Catherine married Guillaume Lescarbot dit Bosseron, son of Jean Lescarbot dit Bosseron and Marie-Anne Baudouin, on 12 June 1719 in St-Sulpice, Quebec, Canada, at St-Sulpice Church.2 Guillaume & Marie-Catherine had children: Jeanne [1720][m. 8/26/1744 Jean-Pierre Perrault], Catherine [1/31/1725-4/09/1799][m. 2/15/1752 Pierre Mandeville] & Jean-Baptiste [11/05/1727][m. 3/05/1753 Marie-Anne Maheu].3 Marie-Catherine's husband, Guillaume, died circa 27 May 1744 in St-Sulpice, leaving her a widow.4 She married second Richard Urbain on 19 May 1749 at St-Sulpice.5
