Ebenezer was born on Monday, 18 August 1704 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. Ebenezer married Mary Blakeman on 18 December 1728 in Stratford at the Old Congregational Church. Ebenezer & Mary had children: John [9/18/1729], Zachariah [9/29/1732], Ebenezer [7/24/1735] & James [2/03/1741]. Ebenezer made his will on 6 June 1765 at Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut.
He gives to his wife, Mary, certain personal & real estate & a negro woman, Anne. He also bequeaths the old homestead to his son, Ebenezer, & mentions his other sons: John, Zachariah & James.
Ebenezer departed this life on Wednesday, 26 March 1766 in Stratford at age 61 years, 7 months and 8 days. He was buried there in the Congregational Church Burial Ground. His will was probated on 28 April 1766 at Fairfield County, Connecticut.2
