     Heinrich was born in 1700 in Germany. Henrich immigrated with his father, Valentine, and his nephew, Valentine Hunsucker, the later two the same age of 17 years. They left Mannheim Germany around 21 March 1717 and arrived in the harbor of Philadelphia around the 10th of August. These two boys soon became involved in the community and helped to build the first meeting house in Skippack in 1720. Heinrich married Anna Maria Bitzer circa 1737 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. In 1738, Henrich signed the deed for land to the Lower Salford Mennonite Church whose minister was Deilman Kolb. Less than two years later, on 2 January 1740, he purchased 156 acres in Franconia Township in what would become Mongomery County from the same minister, Deilman Kolb. Here is where he settled and raised his family.2 Heinrich's wife, Anna, died on 1 October 1777 in Franconia Township leaving him a widower. Heinrich departed this life on Thursday, 13 January 1791 in Franconia Township at age 91 years.3 He was buried there in the Mennonite Cemetery. His tombstone reads: 1700-1791.
