     1 Josiah was born circa 29 October 1637 in the parish of Berry Palmeroy, Devonshire, England. On 29 October 1637, he was christened in the parish of Berry Palmeroy, Devonshire, England, at St. Mary's Church.2 Josiah married Mary King on 30 November 1658. Josiah's wife, Mary, died on 30 May 1676 in Braintree, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, leaving him a widower.3 Josiah married 2nd Lydia Brown on 20 September 1676 in Braintree, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. She was the widow of Mr. Pratt.3 Josiah's wife, Lydia, died on 18 October 1711 in Mendon, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, leaving him a widower. Josiah married 3rd Mehitable Metcalf on 22 June 1713 in Braintree, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.3 Josiah's wife, Mehitable, died on 2 December 1724 in Mendon, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, leaving him a widower. Josiah departed this life on Tuesday, 10 September 1726 in Mendon, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.3
