Dericke Carver

     Dericke married Elnor Geere, daughter of Thomas Geere and Barbara Borde, on 13 May 1611 in Ovingdean, County Sussex, England.¹ A grandson, Dericke Carver, is named in Elnor's father's will. Dericke and Elnor probably had other children. Elnor was not mentioned in her father's will on the 4th of April 1621 among her siblings. This usually indicates a death. Her sister, Barbara was also not mentioned but her daughter, Anne was noted. Barbara died after the writing of her father's will so it has been assumed Elnor was still living at that time.
