Pierre Campeau

M, b. 30 January 1705, d. 19 February 1772
     Pierre was born on Friday, 30 January 1705 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He was christened there on 31 January 1705 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 Pierre married Marie-Therese Robillard, daughter of Claude Robillard and Marie Grandin, on 5 April 1732 in Montreal at the Basilica of Notre Dame.2 Pierre's wife, Marie-Therese, died before 11 November 1759 in Lachine, Montreal, leaving him a widower. Pierre departed this life on Wednesday, 19 February 1772 in Pierrefonds, Montreal at age 67 years and 18 days. He was buried there in Ste-Genevieve on Thursday, 20 February 1772.3
