Mary departed this life on Sunday, 16 August 1874 in Hungerford Township at age 47 years. Her tombstone reads Mary Campbell died 12 March 1886 - 47 years, wife of Francis Meraw. She was buried there in Stocco, Hungerford Township in St. Edmund Church Cemetery. She was buried in plots 297 & 298. Her tombstone reads Mary Campbell, wife of Francis Meraw, died 16 August 1874 - age 47 years.
