Edward Burling

     Edward was born on Sunday, 4 November 1674 in Barking, County Essex, England. He was the son of Edward & Grace [Norrington] Burling. He was residing in Flushing with his parents in 1678. Edward married Phebe Ferris, daughter of John Ferris I and Mary Jackson, on 11 June 1700 in Throgs Neck, Westchester County, New York. They were married at the home of John & Mary Ferris. Edward made his will on 14 February 1744 at the City, County & State of New York. Edward departed this life on Monday, 5 May 1749 in the City, County & State of New York.
