     Hannah was born circa 1662 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Hannah married Jonathan Hart before 27 October 1684 in New York. Hannah was noted in her father's will of this date as married.2 Jonathan & Hannah had children: children: Monmouth [ca. 1690][m. Sarah], Mary [4/02/2695][m. Jonathan Purdy], Jonathan [before 1702]. In 1685, they bought land at Rye where they continued to reside. Jonathan was a captain & a mariner.3
