William Brown

William was born in 1609 in County Suffolk, England. William married Mary Yonges, daughter of Rev. Christopher Yonges and Margaret (?), before 3 July 1635 in Reydon, County Suffolk, England, at St. Margaret's Church. On 3 July 1635, William & his wife, Mary, from London aboard the ship, "Love", under the command of Captain Joseph Yonges, enroute for New England. Among the eight passenters were William Brown fisherman aged 26 years & Mary Brown aged 26 years. This ship was captained by Mary's brother, Joseph. They landed at Salem, Massachusetts.1,2
